They go on playing music loud, and dirty the place badly.\u00a0\u00a0Although they clean the ground before leaving, there was a lot of littering, and spilling of food that spoiled the lawn.\u00a0\u00a0Simone advised them not to play music loud, and stop the party by 8.00pm and also to be aware of the spilling.\u00a0\u00a0Rakesh family though good at listening, are not enough to follow it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clamente a neighbour made issues with Rakesh over this.\u00a0\u00a0Rakesh told him to shut up as he is not the authority.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clemente was relentless. He complained that Simone was too soft to be effective; and he was determined to \u2018do something to stop this nonsense\u2019.\u00a0\u00a0In order to teach a lesson, Clemente held a music party at the same time Rakesh had one, right next to his party, with louder music.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rakesh told Clemente that he is venomous and vindictive. Their argument turned into heated altercation.\u00a0\u00a0The committee members had to intervene fearing backlash.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the time passed, more people started holding late night party and almost every second night there was party, loud music, and littering, making the place less pleasant a habitation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When asked, invariably every one said, let others stop first and \u2018I would stop as well.\u2019<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the committee members appealed to the residents for proper conduct, the residents said, let the other person stop misbehaving first.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The committee called for a general body meeting. There was shouting, yelling and chaos. The committee had to call off the meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The next day the committee office bearers met, and passed a resolution in favor of a decree:\u00a0\u00a0Henceforth anyone willing to hold an open air event in\u00a0\u00a0public place, must get a permission from the committee paying\u00a0\u00a0$100 \/ two hours and an additional charge of $200 per hour after 8.00PM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The frequency of public partying came considerably down.
